The City of Shaker Heights has added an additional city freestyle session on Sundays 11:00am-12:30pm.  Cost is $10 for Shaker residents and $13 for others.  This session is directly after our off ice conditioning and strength training class offered by Marion Jacobs so consider coming early (class is 10:00-10:45am) and walking on to the class as well.
