We have the opportunity to offer pole harness jump lessons with Geoff Dionisio at Thornton Feb. 7-8 from 6-8 am during club ice time. Geoff is a world-renowned portable harness specialist who works at the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club. Geoff has had an instrumental role in the development of many skaters in the last 17 years. Geoff has worked with many of the world’s top skaters; most notably 2014 Olympic champion Yuzuru Hanyu, American champion Adam Rippon, and has recently worked with rising stars Jun Hwan Cha and Stephen Gogolev. Geoff also worked with 2010 Olympic champion Yuna Kim.
His cost is $125.00/hr or $62.50 per 30 min. We will also need to cover his travel from Toronto, and part of his meals. Travel and meals can be divided between everyone that signs up, likely about $50.00 or less per person, depending on how many skaters sign up. Geoff will also be available to coaches who would like to take lessons from him on the use of the pole harness. Times will be assigned first come first served.
