On behalf of the Shaker Figure Skating Club, thank you for your membership and participation in club activities this past year. Your current membership expires June 30, 2018, and, as we head into summer, it’s time to renew your membership for 2018–2019.

Your current SFSC membership can now be renewed via our entryeeze system. Please visit https://comp.entryeeze.com/Membership/Welcome.aspx?cid=219 and sign in under existing members.

All the medical releases and required forms are now included as part of this registration – including Lindsey’s Law – for your ease of review.  Please take the time to carefully READ and REVIEW these documents as they have changed slightly in the past year. Prior to the start of the fall contract, you will receive all of these releases via email.  This year we will require that each form be completed and signed prior to each member being permitted on club sessions.  While this may seem duplicative, it is imperative that our membership know, understand and abide by all our SFSC rules and regulations in order to keep everyone who participates safe.

I thank you for your patience as we prepared this membership packet.  I urge you to renew to ensure that your membership does not lapse. After July 1, if you do not renew, your skater will not be able to participate in USFS tests, competitions or other club activities.
