In addition to the contract, USFS sent us additional releases for all of our members to sign. You may access them by clicking here, where you’ll find them along with our Jump Harness Release, which was previously included in the contract. The Release and Safe Sport Statement must be signed by all members. The Jump Harness Release is optional. Please sign these forms and return to Debra Hollander or leave in the club mailbox at the rink.
