KORI ADE
US National, International, World & Olympic Coach
Mission Statement: To provide a nurturing and challenging experience while guiding athletes to their highest potential with honesty, integrity and commitment to excellence.
Kori is a U.S. National, International, World, and Olympic Coach. Her coaching philosophy is based on her belief that mental and emotional aspects play a very powerful role in sculpting a successful athlete at all levels of competition. Through Kori’s educational background, elite experience and ability to motivate, she is able to create the complete package for skaters through SHARP. Kori has also been a leader in coach education through both the PSA and USFSA over the past decade and has a unique wealth of experience and a personal passion for coach education.
ROB PEAL
US National Ice Dance Champion, Team USA Member
Mission Statement: To encourage athletes of all ages and levels to a potential beyond what was originally believed possible while developing aspiring athletes to improve all aspects of their sport: depth of edge, power, musicality and transitions.
Rob Peal is a U.S. National Ice Dance Champion and Team USA member. He is a gold medalist for U.S. Figure Skating and CFSA along with being the 1991 Jr. National Champion and World competitor. Robert trained under the tutelage of Ron Ludington, Natalia Linichuk and Gennadi Karponosov, Isabel and Paula Duchesney, Scott Gregory and a long list of other distinguished Olympic skating coaches. After decades of training and 10+ years of national and international competitions, he now focuses his talent on training competitive athletes at an elite level.
DEMONSTRATOR BIOS
ANTONIO MONACO
Antonio has been skating for 14 years and has fallen in love with the sport. He is a member of the International Selection Pool and was the 2022 Novice National Silver Medalist. Antonio is a 3x Regional Champion, 3x Sectional Medalist, and 2x winner of the Championship Series. He is currently competing at the Senior Level and looks forward to many more years competing on the International stage.
ISABEL “IZZY” COOPER
Izzy has been skating for 10 years. She started skating at the age of 5 in Fairfax, Virginia where she learned to love performing through her time in Theatre on Ice. When she moved to Nashville, she discovered her love for competing. She is a Gold medalist in Skating Skills and a National Qualifying Series Competitor at the Juvenile, Intermediate, and Novice Singles levels. She is competing this year at Juniors where she hopes to showcase her amazing Double Axle and Triple Jumps.

S.H.A.R.P. 4 SPORTS
The Specialized High Aptitude Resource Program offers a unique curriculum designed for athletes and coaches to provide opportunities for accelerated learning, skill development, training, and exposure to sport facilitated emotional, intellectual, and physical engagement. It’s two primary coaches, Kori Ade and Rob Peal, will return to SFSC providing their internationally recognized expertise in freestyle, ice dance, and coaching education. Kori and Rob train both national and world level athletes and have proven themselves to be coaches, teachers, and mentors with a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in elite level ice dance, freestyle, off-ice training, and athletic mental fitness.
