The Shaker FSC board voted on a new policy that requires all skaters and coaches currently skating at CSC to wear masks at all times – including while on the ice – until further notice. Our decision was made out of safety concerns for our members, associate members and coaches.

Since SFSC and CSC have been, and continue to be, in full compliance with the state guidelines, in an abundance of caution, we came to this agreement as a board given the Level 3 Public Emergency status of Cuyahoga County. Our hope is that over the coming weeks the spike in covid cases will decrease and we can lift the on ice mask requirement for skaters.

These sessions will not be monitored. It will be up to the skaters and coaches to continue to follow all rules and report if someone is not adhering to our policies.
