The SFSC End of the Year Banquet will be held on Sunday, June 3rd at Pizzazz on the Circle, downstairs at Jake’s Speakeasy from 4:00pm-7:00pm

The last day to fill out the form is Friday, May 18, 2018.

You will receive a confirmation after you submit the form that says “Thank you for ordering a 2018 SFSC Trophy”. If you do not see this message than your order did NOT go through so please try again.
