The SFSC End of the Year Banquet will be held on May 27, 2016.  More details to follow on the location and time.  If you would like to order a trophy for your child that will be given out at the 2016 SFSC Banquet (or you can receive after the banquet if you are not attending) please fill it out in Google Forms.  The last day to fill out this form is Wednesday, May 18, 2016.  Please place a check in the Club Mailbox with the envelope marked Meredith Glazer or mail to: Meredith Glazer 3990 West Ash Lane Orange Village, OH 44122.

Your check MUST be received by Friday, May 20, 2016.  Please make check payable to SFSC.  ANY FORMS OR CHECKS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.  You will receive a confirmation after you submit the form that says “Thank you for ordering a 2016 SFSC Trophy”.  If you do not see this message then your order did NOT go through so please try again.
